We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issue with your item, please read our return guidelines below.
Returns
• We offer returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for hygiene reasons (especially nail products).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety standards, the following cannot be returned:
• Nail stickers
• Press-on nails
• Nail powders or polishes
• Any opened beauty or cosmetic products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we may not be able to stop processing.
